Docherty Consulting (DCL) has been specifically set up to provide the full range of regeneration, community development and housing services to local authorities, housing associations, community organisations and the private sector.

Peter and Kerry Docherty, DCL’s two founding Directors have, between them, over 40 years experience in the public and private housing and regeneration sectors across mainland UK.

Our company was set up in November 2002 and we now have office bases in Edinburgh and London.

At DCL we believe that people make things happen.

We listen and learn from our partners in a project, applying out knowledge, experience and skills in working with everyone involved to ensure a successful result.
