> Lynn McRobert, Research and Statistical Consultant

Lynn is DCL's Research and Statistical Consultant and currently provides support on a number of 'live' prohects. She assists in designing proposed questionnaires and helps to ensure statistical validity of the process and results.

Lynn holds a Masters degree in Applied Statistics with distinction and a BA in Business Economics with Management Science.  She is a member of the Royal Statistical Society.  Prior to joining DCL Lynn carried out various statistical focused assignments on behalf of Napier University and also for external clients such as The Economist. 

Lynn is qualified and experienced in: Data analysis, Research methods, SAS, SPSS and Minitab.

Experience Includes:

• Preparing a sampling framework on a national consultation project for Communities Scotland;
• Carrying out data coding, input and analysis of a tenant satisfaction survey questionnaire for a leading housing association;
• Preparing a survey strategy as part of DCL's roles as advisor to a large urban Council int he preparation of their Standard Delivery Plan and Stock Condition Survey; and
• Preparing a sampling framework to help deliver a £350m Decent Homes Project for a large Urban Unitary Authority.
